The Center for Design, Fashion and Advertising Law at the University of Silesia in Katowice and the Institute of Intellectual Property Foundation based in Katowice, with the participation of the Law Firm Pawełczyk and the Law Firm Kulikowska and Kulikowski, are organizing the conference “Law of Design and Fashion. Product creation.”

The conference will be held on November 22, 2019 at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Silesian University. The conference issues were divided into two thematic blocks: protection in the field of intellectual property law and valuation of goods and intellectual property rights.

The conference is addressed to designers, fashion designers, clothing entrepreneurs, cosmetics industry entrepreneurs, jewelry companies, as well as to attorneys, legal advisors, patent attorneys and judges who are increasingly dealing with design and fashion law.
