Every year in September, the University of Silesia opens its campus in Katowice for students and teachers of primary and secondary schools as part of the University Science Town. The lectures will start on September 6 and will last until the end of the month.  

Several study stops will appear on the campus, offering interactive lectures in various areas, including: Peculiarities of the World of Physics – meetings with the laws of physics and experiments; Prehistory – insight into the genealogy of humanity and our planet; Bioobotics – a combination of natural sciences and the latest technologies and Eye to eye with biology – a wide selection of many biological studies.

This year, it is planned to return to the traditional form of lectures and demonstrations conducted in university halls and broadcast on YouTube. The decision to organize a stationary event may be changed depending on the state of the epidemiological threat.
