The Youth Diplomacy Academy is a new initiative within the Open University of the University of Silesia. The project is aimed at secondary school students who are already thinking about their future.

The Youth Diplomacy Academy is a place where you can develop your passions and interests by taking part in training on etiquette, savoir-vivre rules, and social competences, which are currently the most desired competences on the labour market. Candidates for the Academy must be secondary school students and at least 15 years old.

The project also aims to increase the level of activity of young people in the civic and organisational sphere – including equipping students with effective tactics for conducting discussions with respect for other people, managing their own and their interlocutor’s emotions. Participation in the Academy offers a range of opportunities and is an opportunity to take your first steps in diplomacy, politics or administration.
