The Open University of the University of Silesia and the city of Katowice are inviting participants on 26 October to the Silesian Museum in Katowice for the fifth Congress of Education Katowice. The slogan of the jubilee edition of the event is “School – a learning community”.
Congress participants, thanks to the Bullerbyn Foundation and the Element Publishing House – the organizers of the Creative Education Conference in Warsaw, will have the opportunity to listen to a lecture by Sir Ken Robinson, who will take part in the symposium organized in Poland for the first time and will talk about the revolution in education through live streaming.
The second part of the meeting will be held in the Open Space Technology way. Some of the topics will be proposed by the organizers, but the majority will be decided by the event participants. It will be an opportunity for free exchange of reflections, ideas, knowledge, experiences and specific plans. After the congress, participants will receive reports summarizing their work in each discussion and seminar group.
