The University of Szczecin will cooperate with Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne “Police” S.A. The cooperation agreement provides for implementation of joint research and development projects, implementation doctorates and organization of internships for students.

The document was signed by Prof. Waldemar Tarczyński – Rector of the University of Szczecin and Dr Wojciech Wardacki – President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne “Police”. The signed agreement concerns mainly cooperation in the field of research and teaching. The partners declared the mutual use of their potential, resources, knowledge and experience.

For both parties, the formally established cooperation is the beginning of an official partnership and a step towards further development. The University of Szczecin is the third university in the region with which the plants in Police have signed such an agreement. Earlier, cooperation was established with the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, and recently with the Maritime University of Szczecin.
