The Social Research Workshop “Miejskie Sensoria” was established at the Department of Economic and Social Sciences of the University of Technology and Humanities in Bielsko-Biała. The research will support the development of the region, city and university by providing empirical data for the purposes of management processes.

The research team will deal with modern empirical research of the urban and regional community, analyzes and preparation of reports, as well as supporting regional development, publishing activities, organization of conferences and seminars aimed at disseminating social research.

The establishment of the studio will enable the development of solutions and recommendations related to local problems, crises and social conflicts, which will strengthen the Academy’s cooperation with other research centers in Poland and abroad, as well as local institutions, organizations, media and business.
