As it has been the case every year for the past 12 years, the Student Council of the Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies at the University of Warsaw, in cooperation with the Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies of the University of Warsaw, organises the “Grasp Geo!” action for secondary school graduates taking geography for final exams.

It is a series of lectures reiterating all the most important issues that may appear on the matriculation exam in May. The topics covered explain the issues contained in the core curriculum.

The lectures are conducted by a group of experienced teaching staff from the Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies. The event is extremely popular with high school graduates every year and is attended by an average of 700 to 1 000 people.

This year’s programme will be held online, from 8-12 April 2024.
