University of Wrocław and Kozminski University to hold a conference on the 30th anniversary of the Polish-German treaty on good cooperation

The Willy Brandt Center for German and European Studies of the University of Wrocław and the Department of International Law and EU Law of the Kozminski University Law College in cooperation with the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Wrocław and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation are inviting participants to the conference “Good neighborly act. 30 years of the Polish-German Treaty on Good Neighborhood and Friendly Cooperation” which will be held on June 17.

The international conference will be attended by experts: historians, political scientists, lawyers and literary scholars. It will be held online and will be broadcast on Facebook. This is the third scientific meeting devoted to the most important Polish-German agreements, which were concluded in the second half of the 20th century.

The aim of the conference is to recall the genesis of the Treaty, drawing attention to its implementation and reflecting on its current meaning.
