The Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in Warsaw concluded an agreement with the Polish Olympic Committee (POC) on strengthening cooperation between the academic and Olympic communities in management.

In the contract signed at the Olympic Center in Warsaw, the rector of the Warsaw School of Economics, Dr Piotr Wachowiak, and the president of the Polish Olympic Committee, Andrzej Kraśnicki, the parties agreed on cooperation in the creation of a teaching block on management in the area of the Olympic Movement at postgraduate studies in sports management at the Warsaw School of Economics, promotion of improving sports management processes among Polish Sports Associations and other members of the Polish Olympic Committee, as well as cooperation for the development of a two-track professional career and other programs intended for education Olympians.

The agreement also includes the distribution of the SGH studies offer among Olympic sportsmen, members of national teams, as well as representatives of Polish Sports Associations and other members of the Polish Olympic Committee.
