-In this four-year term, we want to focus on the following key areas of strategic importance for our university: scientific potential, modern teaching, friendly work environment, sustainable development and integration of the academic community – said the Rector of the Warsaw School of Economics, Prof. Piotr Wachowiak in his speech on the inauguration of the academic year 2020/2021.

The Rector of the Warsaw School of Economics specified that when he talks about developing the scientific potential of the Warsaw School of Economics, he primarily means internationalization.

-Our university conducts research in unique areas that should become even more part of the international world of science – said Prof. Wachowiak and added that he intends to create a support system for obtaining foreign grants, and he wants the results of interesting research to be published even more often in reputable publications and magazines.

The Rector of the Warsaw School of Economics also announced the establishment of permanent scientific and didactic cooperation with leading domestic and foreign universities.
