This year, for the first time, Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) honored its graduates with a special award for achievements as a leader in science and business. The winners of the “SGH Leaders” Graduation Award in 2020 are Sonia Wędrychowicz-Horbatowska, Kuba Karliński and prof. Bogumił Kamiński.

Sonia Wędrychowicz-Horbatowska, winner in the category of foreign graduates in the field of business, is a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics. She worked in various companies in Europe, Asia and America, managing multicultural teams. The Lattice80 portal ranked her in the global Top 100 Women in Fintech 2019 ranking.

In the category of Polish graduates, Kuba Karliński was awarded also in the field of business. He is a graduate in management and marketing, an entrepreneur and investor in the real estate market, founder of the Magmillon Investment and Development Group. The Group’s companies managed by him sold properties worth over PLN 100 million.

In the field of science, in the category of Polish graduates, another award was received by Dr Bogumił Kamiński, Prof. of SGH. He specializes in applying advanced data analysis methods to support decision making in enterprises.
