Warsaw University of Life Sciences to launch the Innovative Center of Nutritional Sciences

 – In the area of agriculture industry, a technology race is under way. In this race Poland will not be staying at the back. That is why we support research aimed at the development of this extremely important sector – said Jarosław Gowin, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Science and Higher Education, during the signing of the agreement enabling the construction of the Innovative Nutrition Center of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

Under the agreement signed by Deputy Prime Minister Jaroslaw Gowin, the Minister of Agriculture Jan Ardanowski and the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Prof. Wiesław Bielawski, Ministry of Science and Higher Education will allocate 40 million PLN for the construction of the Innovative Center of Nutritional Sciences.

According to the Ministry of Science, the investment assumes the creation of a didactic-laboratory fascilities intended for conducting scientific and educational activities in the field of human nutrition science. The center will also be equipped with a unique laboratory enabling conducting world-class research. The investment is to be completed by 2022.
