Warsaw University of Technology is planning to establish a center of world-class geospatial scientific analyses that will use the latest geoinformatic and IT technologies. This is the goal of the CENAGIS project carried out by the Warsaw University of Technology together with the companies OPEGIEKA Elbląg, Hexagon and Cloudferro.
The project “Center for Scientific Geospatial Analysis and Satellite Calculation (CENAGIS) and laboratories for testing / certification of geomatic products” will be co-financed from the Regional Operational Program of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The value of the project is nearly PLN 25 million, of which the European Union will allocate PLN 18.8 million.
The main idea of geospatial scientific analyses within the CENAGIS framework will be the development of new models and algorithms for data analysis for industry, services and offices.
