From March 11 to 16, 2019, Week of Brain 2019 will take place in many Polish cities.

The event is organized by the Institute of Experimental Biology of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw and the Neuroscience Center of the SWPS University.

From March 11 to March 15, the organizers are planning meetings with scientists. All-day workshops will take place on Saturday, March 16, when scientists will invite to “Journey inside the brain”, i.e. EEG and BCI imagery show. In addition, researchers from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities have prepared many attractions, such as interactive demonstrations of augmented reality and capacity trainings that will help understand the structure of brain and its functions.

Krakow event will be held under the slogan “Neurobiology in the service of man”. During lectures the scientists will talk about how the brain of the deaf or people with spinal cord injury works.
