The University of Medical Sciences in Wroclaw received PLN 11.5 million to implement a program to improve the competence of students, PhD students, teaching staff and administrators. Over 1,000 people will benefit from the training sessions.

Thanks to the subsidy, the university is starting a comprehensive development program based on the implementation of certified training sessions, courses, scholarships and internships. The plans include the creation of a Training and Conference Center with a modern IT infrastructure and an e-learning system.

As part of the project, students will be able to participate in the free, certified training sessions, prepared in packages tailored to their needs. PhD students will get the chance to receive training scholarships, enabling them to acquire knowledge in foreign research centers.
Teaching staff, as part of scholarships, will visit leading research centers, where they will improve their competences and acquire the latest knowledge while administrative employees will increase their management and IT skills.
