The Wrocław University of Economics has joined the group of scientific institutions cooperating with the Wrocław zoo. The agreement on this matter was signed by the rector of the university, Prof. Andrzej Kaleta and Radosław Ratajszczak – president of ZOO Wrocław and proxy, Elżbieta Dreczko. 

The document regulates research in management sciences, especially influencing the operation of the zoo, dissemination of research results (through scientific and popular science publications), and the organization and participation of universities in scientific conferences.

In the project of cooperation with the Wrocław zoo, the University expresses the ambition to implement joint research projects and apply for funding for joint research based on domestic and foreign grants. The first implementation doctorate “Creating a brand image through educational activities. Good practices and a model for communicating the image of a zoo brand”  from ZOO Wrocław will also be carried out”.
