Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences becomes a member of the European University Association

14.05.2021

The Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences has been admitted to the European University Association. Celebrating this year’s 20th anniversary, the Association represents more than 800 universities and national rectors’ conferences in 48 European countries.

The association plays a key role in the Bologna Process and influences the European Union’s higher education, research and innovation policies. It was established when members of the Association of European Universities and the Confederation of Rectors of the European Union decided to join forces and create a single representative body, representing universities and their national associations on the European forum.

Every year the association accepts new universities. This year it accepted the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, the University North in Croatia, COMUE University Bourgogne Franche-Comté from France and IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca from Italy.
