Scientists, entrepreneurs and representatives of public administration participated in the II Congress of Innovation at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. The main topic of the discussion was industry 4.0.
Industry 4.0 is the concept of integrating intelligent machines, systems and introducing changes in production processes to increase efficiency and flexibility. It applies not only to technology, but also to the new role of people in the industrial system.
During the congress, four key conditions for effective implementation of Industry 4.0 in Poland were discussed: the environment, people, technology and the market. Understanding the relationship between them and their implementation is to build the competitive advantage of domestic enterprises.
The Congress was organized by Wrocław University of Science and Technology; Legnica Special Economic Zone; Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone “INVEST-PARK” together with Key Novelty sp. Z o.o. The Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology took the honorary patronage over the event.
