Dr Agata Radecka from the WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza has won first prize in the ‘FRSE Monographs’ competition for the best scientific monographs on education in 2023. The competition is run by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System (FRSE).
The prize was awarded for the doctoral thesis “The problem of changing the prescription of the role of foreign language teachers. The post-modern context’. The FRSE Publishing House’s competition is aimed at researchers and scholars working in the field of education across disciplines in the social sciences and humanities.
The theme is five areas of education corresponding to the sectors of the Erasmus+ programme: higher education, school education, vocational education and training, adult education and informal youth education. The winning publications will be reviewed and published in Polish and English. They will also be made available online and in digital repositories free of charge and will be awarded points for the evaluation of scientific output.
