The State Higher School in Zamość (UPZ), thanks to the project “University available to all”, implemented with the support of the National Center for Development and Research, will significantly raise the level of study conditions at UPZ for people with disabilities.

For many years the Zamość Higher School has been taking steps to make it open and friendly to people with disabilities. UPZ buildings and laboratories are adapted to the needs of students with various motor disabilities through elevators or stair-climbers enabling movement on different floors of buildings. The school also offers special scholarships for disabled students.

Thanks to the project, the University can obtain equipment and tools to facilitate studying for people with disabilities. The value of the project is nearly PLN 3.2 million, of which the co-financing is nearly PLN 3.1 million.
