The Institute of Aviation in Warsaw signed a framework agreement on cooperation with Jenbacher Ltd and INNIO Jenbacher GmbH & Co OG. The contract concerns cooperation in the field of scientific research, expertise and technical analysis and engineering services – in particular through the constant use of the laboratory base of the Institute of Aviation for the needs of the activities of companies from the Jenbacher group.

Jenbacher Werke was founded in 1959 and produced gas and diesel engines as well as locomotives. In 2003, the company was bought by General Electric.

INNIO Jenbacher GmbH & Co OG is a leading provider of gas engine technology, power equipment and digital platform and related services in the area of electricity generation and gas compression. The Polish company Jenbacher Ltd concentrates in its activities on research and development.
