The Asian Affairs Center of the University of Lodz started a series of short discussions in English on China and Japan entitled Talking China and Talking Japan.

Professor Mierzejewski will talk about China and Dr Marcin Socha will introduce Japanese issues. In Talking China broadcasts the participants will discuss the issues of the development of local China and its participation in China’s foreign policy. In Talking Japan broadcasts, the participants will discuss Japan’s energy policy and the meanders of Japanese foreign policy.

The University of Asia (UŁ) Center is the first university think-tank in Poland to monitor and analyze political and economic changes in East and Southeast Asia.
