This year, the Minister of Education and Science Przemysław Czarnek has granted 217 scholarships to top young scientists, including 52 doctoral students selected by experts of the Advisory Team.

The winners will receive Minister’s scholarships of PLN 5,390 per month for up to 3 years. The Ministry of Science will allocate nearly PLN 42 million to finance the scholarships.

The scholarships are awarded to persons who have obtained the status of a young scientist before the minister’s decision to grant this benefit.

Most scholarships were awarded to young scientists appointed by: Wrocław University of Science and Technology – 16, Warsaw University of Technology – 15, Medical University of Warsaw – 14, Jagiellonian University in Krakow – 12, University of Warsaw – 12.
