Mariya Gabriel, responsible in the European Commission for innovation, research, culture, education and youth visited the Center for Advanced Materials and Technologies CEZAMAT of the Warsaw University of Technology (PW), where she talked with scientists who presented modern semiconductor and biotechnology laboratories.
-I am glad that we were able to present how the Warsaw University of Technology connects science with business and facilitates the creation of innovation thanks to places such as CEZAMAT, – said Prof. Krzysztof Zaremba, Rector of the Warsaw University of Technology.
Mariusz Wielec, CEZAMAT director, expressed the hope that “the interest of the Commissioner will help in the further development of the center, including – above all – in establishing cooperation allowing for the implementation of innovative international projects.
