The Medical University of Wrocław, together with the Wrocław City Hall, is launching a project aimed at assessing the incidence of infectious diseases and vaccinations performed in Ukrainian children.

The first part of the project “Assessment of infectious diseases and vaccinations among children of Ukrainian origin attending Wrocław schools and kindergartens – VANTAGE” is the presentation of the diagnosis of the problem based on the collection and analysis of information on past infectious diseases and vaccinations carried out among the children of Ukrainian kindergartens and schools in Wrocław.

In the second stage, an analysis will be carried out as the basis for the preparation of a strategy for the implementation of preventive vaccinations for children of Ukrainian origin attending educational institutions in the city of Wrocław. The project thus fits in with the health policy of Wrocław.
