According to the latest ranking of “Perspektywy” the best Polish university is the University of Warsaw, ahead of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the Warsaw University of Technology. In fourth place are ex aequo the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań and AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków –
Among non-public universities, the Kozminski University in Warsaw is in the first place, and the Bialska Academy of Applied Sciences in Biała Podlaska is the best public vocational school. The ranking was prepared by the Educational Foundation “Perspektywy” for the 23rd time.
The ranking takes into account 29 indicators grouped into seven criteria: Prestige, Alumni in the labor market, Scientific potential, Innovation, Scientific effectiveness, Educational conditions and Internationalization. The “Perspektywy” ranking is one of four that have the international quality certificate “IREG Approved”. Its methodology is being developed by the Chapter chaired by Prof. Michał Kleiber, former president of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
