The AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and the Pontifical University of John Paul II (UPJPII) in Krakow have concluded an agreement on cooperation in the construction of the UPJPII didactic building at Bobrzyński Street.
AGH UST will provide extensive experience in the implementation of this type of undertaking, in particular financed from the state budget. According to the intentions of the signatories of the letter, AGH UST will provide comprehensive assistance in the efficient organization and implementation of this important investment for the UPJPIA community.
“We are starting the construction of the John Paul II Campus with the strong support of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. The didactic building will have nearly 11,000 m2, with 65 rooms and lecture halls. It is a long-awaited investment for our university. It will be a response to the needs of our community, which is now scattered in several buildings throughout Krakow”, said the Rector of UPJPII, Fr. Prof. Robert Tyrała.
