Paulina Pepera, a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, was on the 25under25 list in a competition organised by McKinsey Poland in cooperation with Forbes magazine. The aim of the project is to select 25 young and ambitious people, whose list is published in Forbes magazine.

“The skills and contacts gained at the University of Wrocław allowed me to take my first steps in business and social projects. Now I always try to combine both areas”, says the winner awarded in the Business category.

Paulina Pepera is the co-founder and COO of the start-up @ZNIKA – ecological packaging. The company deals with sustainable packaging and materials, and additionally conducts its own research into compostable materials. Her team came second in ING’s grant programme. In total, ZNIKA has raised funding of PLN 1.6 million.
