“Inflation – is it the economic end of the world?” – is the topic of this year’s Economic Week and the Economic Forum of the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL), which will take place from 22-26 May 2023. 

At the invitation of economics students from the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL), the issue will be addressed by experts, scholars and practitioners. Guests of the Forum will include the Deputy Minister of Finance Sebastian Skuza, a member of the Management Board of the National Bank of Poland Paweł Szałamacha, the Deputy Marshall of the Lublin Voivodeship Michał Mulawa and the Director of Caritas Polska Rev. Dr Marcin Iżycki.

The idea of the event is to present current socio-economic problems, both in their theoretical and practical context. This is why it has become a tradition that prominent representatives of the world of science, people with various functions in public life, journalists and columnists, as well as practitioners, are invited to participate in the discussions.
