Łukasiewicz – Institute of Non-ferrous Metals (IMN) has found itself in the consortium of the project ‘EDIH-SILESIA Go digital with us – build advantage through modern solutions’. The project leader is Silesia Smart Systems.

The other consortium members are the Regional Development Agency S.A. in Bielsko-Biała, the Upper Silesian Market Enterprise Accelerator. Silesian University of Technology, Łukasiewicz – Upper Silesian Institute of Technology and Łukasiewicz – EMAG. 

The aim of the project is to support companies in improving processes, products or services using digital technologies by: providing access to technical expertise and testing, as well as the opportunity to ‘test before investing’; providing innovation services, such as funding for consultancy, training and skills development; and assisting in solving environmental problems, in particular the use of digital technologies for sustainable development and closed-loop.
