The University of Zielona Góra has joined the GO GREEN Cluster, initiated by the Western Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In this way, the Chamber wants to support Lubusian companies in overcoming the challenges of the European Union’s new requirements and regulations for sustainable development.

The aim of the Cluster is to create a network of cooperation in the environmental protection and renewable energy sector, both among companies and scientific and research institutions.

The Cluster will effectively combine and utilise the potential of universities, business environment institutions, enterprises, scientific and research units and various types of institutions and entities operating in this area. The University of Zielona Góra’s company, Centrum Energetyki Odnawialnej, has also joined the initiative.
