23.08.2021

On the last weekend of August, from 27 to 29 August 2021, Białystok City will celebrate the first birthday of the Epi-Science Center in Białystok. Visitors may participate in a number of attractions. They will be able to take a close look at amazing astronomical phenomena, develop their own rocket, find out the relation between physics and computer games, and learn about unique robots.

Epi-Center started its activity on August 29, 2020. It is the first such large science center in Eastern Poland. It was established as part of a project co-financed by the European Union, the beneficiary is the City of Białystok, and its implementer – the Białystok Science and Technology Park.

The Epi-Science Center consists of two separate zones: the Main Exhibition and the Little Explorer Zone.

-During the 192 days after the opening of the Center, we hosted over 32,000 people. The visitors are delighted not only with the place itself but also with our educators who try to explain the surrounding phenomena and convey as much knowledge and interesting facts as possible – said Anna Daszuta-Zalewska, director of the Białystok Science and Technology Park.
