The Bydgoszcz University of Technology has received a grant from the Ministry of Education and Science for the project “Didactic excellence of the university”. The aim of the activities is to support organisational changes and to raise the competence of the university’s teaching staff.

Restructuring in the university’s organisational structure will contribute to increasing the institutional capacity to manage the teaching process and the quality of education, as well as improving teaching competences.

The project includes a series of pilot training courses for teaching and learning process support staff. The staff trained in the project will form a support team for other academic teachers. The project laboratories will be equipped with teaching tools that will increase the quality and attractiveness of didactics. The implementation of the developed standards and procedures for study programmes and internationalisation will enable their unification, monitoring and effective management.
