The National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) has announced the recruitment for the 6th NAWA POLONISTA programme. Its aim is to promote the Polish language and popularise Polish studies and research worldwide by making it possible for foreigners interested in the Polish language and culture to undertake studies or research projects in Poland.  

NAWA welcomes foreign students, doctoral students and researchers whose studies or research focus on the Polish language, Polish culture, art, literature or history.

Under the programme, students and doctoral students may receive scholarships for full or partial Polish studies at selected universities in Poland. The language of study is Polish. 

Researchers, on the other hand, can carry out research projects lasting between 3 and 12 months at Polish universities, also in English.
