Call for applications for the Science for Society II programme launched

From 11 April to 12 May 2023, the call for applications for the ‘Science for Society II’ programme will be open. Funding is available for projects aimed at building cooperation between entities and units operating in the socio-economic sphere, developing and implementing solutions serving local and regional communities and creating theoretical models covering social issues, informs the Ministry of Education and Science.

The programme includes funding for research projects in the following areas: “Scientific excellence”, “Science for innovation”, “Humanities – Society – Identity”, “Physical culture for an active and healthy society”.

Funding from the programme can be awarded to, among others, universities, institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences, research institutes, institutes within the Łukasiewicz Research Network, the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences, the Medical Centre for Postgraduate Education and other units working to promote science.
