13.11.2019

The Innovation Laboratory started its activity at the Catholic University of Lublin. The unit is to aid students, doctoral students and university employees to develop their entrepreneurial competences.

The laboratory started its activity on November 7. In the first part over 100 participants applied for trainings and lectures. They will work in groups of 12-16 people.

Thanks to these workshops, students, doctoral students and academic staff will be able to learn creativity and entrepreneurship. Under the program workshops and trainings will be conducted by mentors – explains Tomasz Małecki, laboratory mentor.

As part of the initiative, four development paths will be created: Self & Marketing, Startup & Tech, Science & Grants and Social & Design. The mentors will include startup specialists, influencers, businessmen and scientists providing successful commercialization. The laboratory is the result of our observations and a response to market demands – adds Małecki.
