On September 22-23, 2018, the Lazarski University in Warsaw will host the international conference “Theory, organization and practice of the law-making process”. The organizers of the event are the Board of the Association for Research on the Sources and Functions of Law, the Lazarski University and the monthly journal “Przegląd Prawa Publicznego”.
The conference will include four plenary sessions: Descriptive and normative models of law-making; Legal and institutional dimension of the law-making process; Law-making practice and a special session in English.
The conference will be accompanied by the General Assembly of Members of the Association for Research on Sources and Functions of Law and the announcement of the results of the contest “Legal interpretation as a derivative of understanding the purpose and mode of operation – 2017/2018” together with the presentation of the best awarded works.
