The consortium comprising: Warsaw University of Technology (Leader), the Higher School of Police in Szczytno, Vortex Sp. z o. o. and Longevity Izabela Grabowska received a POLSECURE award for the project ‘Mobile Point of Distribution of Data Communication Infrastructure (MPDIT)’, implemented for the benefit of national security and defence.

A prototype of the Mobile Point of Data Communication Infrastructure (MPDiT) was developed as part of the project funded by the National Centre for Research and Development.

It is a vehicle that provides essential connectivity for services in emergency and crisis situations, such as: terrorist attacks, natural disasters, as well as mass events. The MPDiT vehicle provides connectivity in difficult conditions and integrates diverse means of communication, which enables the planning and command of rescue operations and, in particular, the command of patrols operating over large areas.
