The Presidium of the Polish Accreditation Committee has awarded Certificates of Excellence in Education. Among the eleven faculties awarded in the category ‘Excellent faculty – excellence in education’ is food technology and human nutrition at the Wrocław University of Life Sciences.
During the visit, the assessment team of the Polish Accreditation Committee met with the university authorities, the team preparing the self-evaluation report and with students, student self-government, representatives of scientific clubs, teachers conducting classes in the assessed faculty, representatives of the social and economic environment and persons responsible for improving the quality of education.
The visiting team also inspected randomly selected diploma theses and stage papers. The committee appreciated, among other things, programmes motivating students to scientific and implementation activities.
