Dr Justyna Baron, professor of the University of Wrocław from the Department of Bronze Age and Early Iron Age Archaeology and Dr Adam Mrozowicki, professor of the University of Wrocław from the Department of Labour and Economic Sociology have won scholarships as part of the Fulbright Senior Award programme.
Dr Justyna Baron is an archaeologist and lecturer. Her research interests mainly concern the prehistoric section defined as the Bronze Age (2300-800 BC). For several years, she has been researching the technology of manufacturing and ways of using objects made of various raw materials.
Dr Adam Mrozowicki is a sociologist of work and economy. In his previous research work, he has investigated the life strategies of workers in Poland after 1989, analysed trade union revitalisation processes in Central and Eastern European countries and the experiences of young people on the labour market in relation to the development of precarious forms of employment in Poland and Germany.
