The Medical University of Gdansk, together with the other member universities of the Fahrenheit University, the University of Gdansk and Gdansk University of Technology, signed an agreement on cooperation between the Academic Technology Transfer Centres and the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (PSSE).

The signatories of the agreement declare their willingness to cooperate in the commercialisation of research results, consisting in supporting and stimulating innovative entrepreneurship and creating effective links between science and business by disseminating knowledge on technology transfer.

The cooperation is expected to focus on improving technology transfer and commercialisation, increasing the effectiveness of links between science and business, supporting activities promoting acceleration and incubation programmes for start-ups or the exchange of good practices and experience in the implementation of EU projects.
