Teaching and scientific cooperation were the main topics discussed during the meeting between the Rector of Warsaw University of Technology (PW) Prof. Krzysztof Zaremba and the Indian Ambassador to Poland and Lithuania Nagma M. Mallick.

Discussions were also held on the exchange of students and academics. It was agreed that in November this year, the Indian Embassy, in collaboration with the Centre for International Cooperation at PW, will organise a meeting with the participation of the Indian Ambassador and the PW Indian community.

In the last academic year, the Indian community at PW is 223 students, 18 PhD students and 12 staff members.

Students from India are the largest group among PW’s student ambassadors, who promote the University to international applicants and help new students during their first days in Warsaw.
