The applications for the best doctoral dissertations on Polish music can be submitted to the Institute of Music and Dance (IMiT) until the end of November 2020.
The aim of the competition is to promote and popularize scientific achievements in Polish music, as well as to encourage academic research of Polish music.
PhD students can submit their doctoral dissertations presented in the period from 1 January 2010 to the date of accepting applications, which meet the following criteria: their subject is Polish music; they do not concern the performance of a musical work; they are consistent with the scientific methodology in the humanities.
