Institute of National Remembrance to launch 14th Summer School of Recent History

The Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) is inviting participants to the fourteenth Summer School of Recent History. The event is addressed to doctoral students and older students who undertake research of the contemporary history of Poland.

The current school’s curriculum include lectures delivered by eminent experts on modern history (including professors Antoni Dudek, Agnieszka Kolasa-Nowak, Grzegorz Motyka, Andrzej Paczkowski, Włodzimierz Suleja), discussions, seminars and workshops (e.g. on the use of  “oral history”, the art of presentation or training the ability to write popular science texts). This year’s program will present a similar offer.

The school will be held on September 7–12, 2020 at a conference center near Warsaw.
