International Bioeconomy Congress in Łódź

The International Bioeconomy Lodz Conference 2018 will be held on Monday – September 24 – in Łódź. The congress will discuss issues related to the fight against smog, closed-circuit digitalisation, modern technologies in the bioeconomy, and high-quality food.

As part of the event, the Antismog Forum will be held, organized by the University of Lodz. The organizers invited Prof. Joanna Wibig from the Department of Meteorology and Climatology, University of Lodz; Wiktor Warchałowski, president of the board and co-founder in Airly – a startup that builds a network of air sensors for cities and municipalities, thanks to which it is possible to monitor air status in real time using an online map; Prof. Wojciech Hanke from the Institute of Occupational Medicine and Rafał Czyżewski – president of the board of GreenWay Polska, who is building the first in Poland comprehensive network of publicly available stations for fast charging of electric vehicles to participate in the panel discussion.
