The Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum (UJ CM) in Kraków has launched a research project ‘Factors conditioning the success of graduates on the labour market’, which aims to find out students’ and graduates’ opinions on the quality of teaching in the context of their professional activity and to identify factors that increase the chance of success on the labour market.

The project will also describe the career paths of graduates of individual fields of study conducted at UJ CM and prepare guides and information for subsequent years of students on development opportunities and requirements of the Polish labour market.

‘We want to focus on getting to know the factors that make it easier to find one’s place on the dynamically changing labour market and on supporting graduates of all fields of study conducted at UJ CM in achieving professional success’, said Dr Agnieszka Pac, who heads the research team.
