Kielce University of Technology signed pro-ecological contracts

30.04.2021

The Kielce University of Technology has signed cooperation agreements with one of the largest companies in the field of electric waste processing, MB Recycling, and the Recover the Environment Foundation, which works for ecology.

Under the concluded agreements, students will have the opportunity to undergo internships and apprenticeships in the most modern processing plants. In addition, the contracts provide for joint research projects on recycling processes, specialized courses, preparation of joint events and promotion of pro-ecological attitudes.

Under the agreements, in May on the roof of the Kielce University of Technology there will be hives partly made of recycled materials, which will home for tens of thousands of exceptionally gentle Carniolian bees.

In addition to the characteristic red hives, the University of Technology will also feature information boards on the issues of electric waste recycling, the need for selective waste collection and the protection of bees – announced Krzysztof Kieszkowski from the Recover the Environment Foundation.
