The Centre for Research on Social Change and Mobility (CRASH) at Kozminski University (ALK) in Warsaw is launching the Warsaw Talent Cluster project in support of the Strategy and Analysis Office at the Warsaw City Hall. The project is part of the work of the Warsaw City Hall on the Warsaw 2030 Strategy and the City’s position on the development strategy for the Warsaw Metropolitan Area.
According to ALK, the aim of the project carried out by CRASH is to find out the migration corridors (both established, embryonic and intermediate) and migration patterns of highly skilled workers currently living in Warsaw, and the retention of foreign students and highly skilled migrant workers.
Assumed outcomes of the project are the development of a methodology to study the mobility of highly skilled migrant workers in Warsaw, the acquisition of knowledge and data on the objectives of the project, and the establishment of relationships with other cities – talent clusters.
