On 15 November 2023, the Lubelskie Conference Centre and online format will host the LubTech Smart Food 2023 conference dedicated to advanced technologies in food design and production that are part of the pan-European Green Deal trend.
During the conference, the competencies of entities operating in this area from Lublin and the Lublin Voivodeship will be presented: universities, research institutes and companies on the example of key projects implemented by them and the scope of cooperation in the region, at home and abroad.
Participants of the conference will find out what new technologies and solutions are currently being worked on by entities in the field of agriculture, food and nutrition, in which institutions one should look for expert support, where and in which laboratories innovative solutions can be evaluated and tested, what advisory and financial assistance can be obtained, what role individual institutions within the innovation ecosystem play in the process of designing and implementing new solutions.
