Medical Research Agency with pharmaceutical companies in Poland focuses on the innovation of medicine

During the XXIX Economic Forum in Krynica, the Medical Research Agency (ABM) signed a letter of intent declaring cooperation with representatives of key pharmaceutical companies in Poland in the development of innovation in Polish medicine.

The agreement concluded between ABM and pharmaceutical companies concerns supporting enterprises in conducting and developing innovative activities in the field of medical sciences, health sciences and interdisciplinary projects in health care, with particular emphasis on artificial intelligence, and also includes joint actions focused on the development of new technologies and scientific research. in health care. As part of cooperation, the parties envisage joint organization of workshops, conferences, seminars and trainings, as well as the creation of initiatives at the expert level in the form of think tanks.

The letter of intent with the Medical Research Agency was signed by 12 pharmaceutical companies, members of the Pharmaceutical Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce, including Amgen, AstraZeneca, BMS, Janssen, Medtronic, MSD, Mylan, Novartis, Pfizer, Roche and Takeda.
